Below is the announcement I posted to the realm forums announcing the merger of Falconwing Rangers and Stormborne Exiles into the new Raven Hill Coalition. I just wanted to add here that the main reason we did it was to take better advantage of guild leveling in Cataclysm. We had a lot of people with toons in both guilds and didn't want people to have to choose which guild they would invest their efforts in. We are really excited about the new system and think it will deepen the guild experience to have in-game recognition for working together on things, even for an RP guild.

Falconwing Rangers and Stormborne Exiles, two of the longest-standing Horde RP guilds of Kirin Tor, have merged to form the Raven Hill Coalition.
After a year of alliance, guild leaders decided it was time to bring everyone together in one tent. The new Coalition works as a cooperative in which everyone contributes through their skills--whether that means fighting, crafting, studying lore, or providing spiritual guidance. There is a place for everyone in the Coalition, so long as they are willing to work for the greater good.

Raven Hill Coaltion is a medium-heavy RP guild that also dabbles in raiding and PvP as well as working together on achievements and events. Our focus is on having fun playing the game together, in all its aspects. We have one dedicated group RP night per week and an IC guild channel, as well as an OOC chat channel.
Characters must have a chaotic or good alignment and must conform to Warcraft lore.
